Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, contact customer service at customerservice@holdersdiesel.com or call 941-217-4159 to obtain a sales return order and an RMA number.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is waived with an offsetting order.
Return Conditions
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All return shipments must reference the RMA number provided by Customer Service.
Return Requirements
- Product must be in the original box, free from any writing, markings, or labels not from the manufacturer.
- Product must be unmodified, new, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
- All installation instructions, technical information, and hardware must be included (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Parts not purchased directly from HDP.
- Parts priced less than $10.
- Fuel additives, seals, gaskets, O-rings, hardware, fasteners, and consumables.
- Superseded, discontinued, or obsoleted parts.
A 25% fee applies if re-boxing or relabeling is required for HDP or branded products. Returns of other brands that require relabeling or re-boxing will be returned at the customer's expense.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns must be packaged in an appropriate shipping box. Shipping labels must not be applied directly to the part or part package.
- New product returns cannot be co-mingled with other returns like core or warranty. Mixed returns will be returned at the customer's expense for separation and reshipment.
- Returns will be credited, less any applicable fees, within five business days of receipt by HDP's Receiving Department.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please use Contact Us at the top of the page or email us. We will reply within 24 hours.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. For exchanges, contact us at customerservice@holdersdiesel.com or +1 941-217-4159. Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
